What I do

Confirm you own your web address and get you into the account.
I pick Squarespace or Wix — you do not shop platforms.
Pages a purchasing person can trust: Home, Services, About, work photos, and contact.
Email that uses your name at your web address, a calendar so jobs do not collide, and invoices on Net-15 or Net-30 (check or bank transfer; cards optional later).
Show you a simple writing helper — Claude in one window, the site in the other, copy and paste. No “connect AI to the site.” No passwords in chat.

How it works

Intake → Ownership → Launch → optional monthly Operator.

01	Intake	A short call. We review your web address, how jobs arrive, and how you get paid.
02	Ownership	You own the accounts. I walk you in, then we work from your login — not mine.
03	Launch	Site, email, calendar, invoices. A purchasing person can find you, book you, and pay you.
04	Operator	Optional, after launch. I keep the door working month to month so you can stay on the jobs.

Two ways to work

I teach the stack, or I run it. Most non-technical owners pick I do it.

I teach you

We sit together. You click. I narrate. You leave able to change a photo, send an invoice, and accept a booking on the same stack I would run for you.

I do it most owners

I set the site, email, calendar, and invoices. You approve copy and photos. You stay on the jobs.

After the door works

Search help, partner email, and a site helper come after launch — not on day one.

Show up on Google. Google Business listing and simple on-page search basics so a buyer can find the shop you already run.
Partner email. Short, clear notes to the people who already send you work — not a blast list you have to feed.
Optional site helper. A “what do you install?” box that emails you the lead. Not a bot that books jobs unsupervised.

Who it's for / not for

For: Operators in Kinston and Eastern North Carolina who already have customers and no digital front door — installers, shops, and crews who get work from partners and still send people a Facebook page or a phone number. Remote is fine if the jobs are already real.
